Role Overview – Talal Market is hiring a Retail Operations Head for a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for results-driven retail leaders with proven multi-store operations experience who can oversee retail network performance, drive sales growth, ensure SOP compliance, manage P&L, and lead teams to deliver operational excellence across Talal Market's growing retail footprint.

Multi-Store Operations Management – You will oversee operations across multiple retail locations by monitoring store performance, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, coordinating with store managers, and maintaining operational efficiency to deliver seamless customer experiences across the entire retail network.

Sales Growth and Revenue Optimization – You will drive sales growth and revenue optimization by analyzing sales data, identifying performance gaps, implementing sales strategies, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring each store meets or exceeds revenue targets and business objectives.

SOP Compliance and Operational Standards – You will ensure SOP compliance and adherence to operational standards by implementing best practices, conducting regular store audits, monitoring process adherence, providing training and guidance, and maintaining consistency in service quality, merchandising, and store operations.

P&L Management and Financial Performance – You will manage P&L performance across the retail network by analyzing financial statements, controlling operational costs, optimizing labor expenses, monitoring margins, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and profitability.

Store Leadership and Team Development – You will lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail teams by setting clear performance expectations, conducting evaluations, providing coaching, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring all team members are aligned with Talal Market's values and operational goals.

Customer Experience and Service Excellence – You will champion customer experience and service excellence by monitoring customer feedback, addressing service issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Talal Market's commitment to quality, convenience, and satisfaction.

Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination – You will oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination by monitoring stock levels across stores, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, minimizing stockouts and overstock, and ensuring optimal product availability to support sales and customer demand.

Visual Merchandising and Store Standards – You will maintain visual merchandising and store standards by ensuring proper product placement, store cleanliness, signage, and brand presentation, and by working with store teams to create attractive, organized, and customer-friendly retail environments.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management – You will manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers by coordinating deliveries, resolving issues, negotiating terms when appropriate, and ensuring all external partnerships support smooth operations and business goals.
