Role Overview – Hermès is hiring a Retail Excellence Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced retail professionals with strong strategic expertise, deep luxury brand knowledge, and the ability to drive retail excellence across locations, manage store operations effectively, lead teams to exceptional performance, ensure brand standards compliance, and support organizational growth within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Retail Strategy and Excellence Development – You will develop and implement retail excellence strategies that drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth across retail locations. You will establish excellence benchmarks, create improvement initiatives, and align retail operations with brand objectives and corporate strategy.

Store Operations and Management – You will oversee store operations across one or multiple locations by ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining brand standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. You will implement operational best practices, monitor compliance, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Team Leadership and Development – You will lead retail teams including store managers and associates by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development. You will develop leadership capabilities, create learning opportunities, and build high-performing teams committed to excellence.

Sales Performance Management – You will drive sales performance by setting location targets, monitoring progress against objectives, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets. You will analyze sales data, identify performance drivers, implement sales initiatives, and support continuous sales improvement.

Customer Experience Excellence – You will ensure exceptional customer experiences by establishing service standards, monitoring service quality, and coaching teams on luxury service delivery. You will create memorable experiences, build customer loyalty, and ensure consistency of service excellence.
