Job Description

Role Overview – La Brioche Cafe et Patisserie is expanding across Abu Dhabi. We are seeking passionate and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team for new openings. These positions are ideal for F&B professionals with pleasant personalities, customer-focused attitudes, and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.

 Restaurant Supervisor

Service Supervision and Coordination – You will supervise restaurant service operations including overseeing dining service, coordinating waitstaff, managing table assignments, ensuring smooth service flow, monitoring service quality, supporting during peak hours, coordinating takeaway and delivery orders, and ensuring efficient service delivery that meets customer expectations.

Staff Supervision and Support – You will supervise frontline staff including waiters, cashiers, and service crew. You will assign duties, monitor performance, provide on-the-job training, address service issues, support team members, ensure adherence to standards, maintain discipline, and foster teamwork that delivers excellent customer service.

Customer Service Management – You will demonstrate pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude by welcoming guests, ensuring prompt service, handling customer requests, resolving complaints tactfully, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining friendly interactions, creating positive dining experiences, and representing La Brioche professionally.

Quality and Standards Monitoring – You will apply good knowledge of F&B sector by monitoring food and beverage quality, ensuring proper presentation, verifying order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness standards, checking table setups, ensuring service standards are met, conducting quality checks, and upholding La Brioche service excellence.

Multitasking in Fast-Paced Environment – You will demonstrate ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask by managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously, coordinating service during busy periods, handling various responsibilities, adapting to changing situations, maintaining composure under pressure, and ensuring service quality during high-volume operations.

Order and Payment Processing – You will oversee order taking and payment processing, ensure accurate order entry in POS systems, verify billing accuracy, handle cash and card transactions, manage daily cash reconciliation, coordinate with cashiers, and ensure smooth payment operations.

Opening and Closing Procedures – You will assist with or manage opening and closing procedures including preparing restaurant for service, setting up stations, conducting end-of-day cleaning, securing premises, completing closing checklists, and ensuring restaurant is ready for operations.

Inventory Support – You will support inventory management by monitoring supplies during service, communicating stock needs to management, conducting daily counts of critical items, managing par stock levels in service areas, minimizing wastage, and ensuring adequate supplies for smooth service.

Communication and Coordination – You will facilitate communication between service and kitchen teams, relay orders accurately, coordinate timing of food preparation and service, manage special requests, coordinate with management on operational matters, and ensure effective teamwork.

Customer Feedback Management – You will gather customer feedback, address concerns immediately when possible, escalate issues to management, implement feedback for service improvement, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure positive customer experiences that build loyalty.

Health and Safety Compliance – You will ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, monitor cleanliness, implement safety procedures, ensure staff follow hygiene protocols, maintain safe work environment, and uphold health and safety regulations.
