Role Overview – Sunset Hospitality Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with proven restaurant management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role offers the opportunity to manage operations within one of the region's most dynamic and prestigious hospitality brands.
Restaurant Operations Management – You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations by managing daily service execution, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining operational efficiency to deliver consistently excellent dining experiences.
Team Leadership and Staff Management – You will lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team by recruiting and training staff, setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring all team members are aligned with Sunset Hospitality Group's service excellence standards.
Guest Experience and Service Quality – You will champion guest satisfaction by monitoring service delivery, engaging with guests, handling feedback and complaints professionally, implementing service improvements, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to world-class hospitality.
Financial Performance and Budget Management – You will manage the restaurant's financial performance by overseeing budgets, monitoring costs, analyzing sales and revenue, controlling food and beverage expenses, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management – You will manage inventory and supply chain operations by overseeing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of ingredients and materials, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal inventory turnover to support smooth operations.
Menu Development and Quality Control – You will collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and quality control by providing input on menu design, ensuring dish consistency, monitoring food quality and presentation, and maintaining adherence to recipes and brand standards.
Health, Safety, and Compliance – You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations by implementing HACCP standards, conducting regular inspections, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining adherence to local authority requirements and Sunset Hospitality Group policies.
