Job Description

Role Overview – La Brioche Cafe et Patisserie  is expanding across Abu Dhabi. We are seeking passionate and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team for new openings. These positions are ideal for F&B professionals with pleasant personalities, customer-focused attitudes, and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.

Restaurant Operations Management – You will oversee all restaurant operations including managing dining service, coordinating kitchen and service teams, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, managing customer flow, overseeing takeaway and delivery operations if applicable, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring smooth, efficient daily restaurant operations that deliver excellent dining experiences.

Team Leadership and Supervision – You will lead and manage restaurant staff including supervisors, waiters, cashiers, baristas, kitchen staff, and support personnel. You will recruit and train team members, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, address performance issues, create work schedules, motivate staff, and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service.

Customer Service Excellence – You will demonstrate pleasant personality and customer-focused, can-do attitude by ensuring exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly, handling customer inquiries and special requests, resolving complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction, building customer relationships, and creating welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Food and Beverage Quality Control – You will apply good knowledge of F&B sector by maintaining food quality standards, ensuring proper food preparation and presentation, monitoring portion control, conducting taste tests, ensuring compliance with recipes and standards, managing food safety and hygiene, coordinating with kitchen on menu execution, and delivering consistent quality that meets La Brioche standards.

Sales and Revenue Management – You will drive sales and revenue by implementing upselling strategies, promoting menu items and special offers, managing pricing, monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, controlling costs, optimizing table turnover, and ensuring restaurant meets financial targets and profitability goals.

Inventory and Supply Management – You will manage inventory including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, minimizing wastage, controlling food costs, managing par levels, and ensuring adequate inventory to support smooth operations.

Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance – You will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, municipality requirements, and La Brioche hygiene policies. You will implement HACCP principles, conduct safety inspections, train staff on food safety, maintain proper food storage and handling, and ensure safe restaurant environment.
