Fam Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about finding and hiring top-tier Real Estate Agents. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in our company's growth.

As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to managing the entire hiring process. This includes identifying and attracting qualified Real Estate Agents through various channels, screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels. You will need to be creative and resourceful in finding the best talent in the real estate industry. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates is essential for success in this role.

The screening process will involve reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will need to be adept at identifying the key qualifications and competencies required for successful Real Estate Agents. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for conducting thorough and insightful interviews.

Managing the hiring process will involve coordinating interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback to candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. You will be responsible for keeping track of all applicants, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to the hiring team.

This remote position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in real estate recruitment is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding and hiring great talent.
