Role Overview: Sinotrans is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our head office team located in Jafza, UAE. This role will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our growing operations. We are looking for candidates who currently reside within the UAE.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs and developing job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.

Candidate Sourcing Strategies: You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening and Assessment: You will review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for various roles within the organization.

Interviewing and Evaluation: You will conduct thorough interviews, utilizing effective questioning techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the position and the company culture.

Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with hiring managers across different departments to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the progress of open positions.

Maintaining Recruitment Records: You will ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidate information, application statuses, and hiring outcomes within our recruitment systems.
