Front Desk and Reception Management

Manage front desk and reception by greeting visitors warmly, welcoming parents and students, managing visitor sign-in, answering phone calls professionally, directing inquiries appropriately, and creating a positive first impression that reflects Newlands School's values.

Parent Relations and Communication

Build and maintain parent relations by responding to parent inquiries, addressing concerns professionally, facilitating communication between parents and school staff, providing information about school programs, and ensuring excellent parent experience.

Admissions Support and Coordination

Support admissions processes by assisting prospective parents, providing school information, scheduling campus tours, coordinating admission inquiries, processing application materials, and supporting the admissions team in attracting new families.

Phone and Email Management

Manage phone and email communications by answering incoming calls, responding to email inquiries, routing communications to appropriate staff members, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely and professional communication.
