Job Description

Role Overview The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, representing the company professionally and ensuring smooth front-office operations. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive image and providing efficient administrative support within the organization.

Front Desk Management The candidate will manage the front desk, greet and assist visitors, and ensure that all office areas are organized and welcoming. Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills are required to handle daily interactions effectively.

Communication Handling The Receptionist will manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and accurate routing to relevant departments. Clear and professional communication is essential for maintaining effective internal and external coordination.

Coordination with Departments This role requires working closely with internal teams to provide timely administrative support, coordinate schedules, and assist with company-wide activities. Effective multitasking and proactive assistance will ensure seamless office operations.

Administrative Support The Receptionist will assist with office documentation, filing, data entry, and other general administrative tasks. Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and organization in all administrative processes is critical.

Logistics & Freight Knowledge Candidates with prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations will have an advantage, as they will assist with industry-specific documentation and coordination. Understanding basic logistics workflows is preferred for supporting company operations.
