Front Desk Management: The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. This includes greeting, checking in, and directing patients appropriately.
Appointment Scheduling: Responsible for managing appointment bookings efficiently, coordinating with medical or dental staff, and ensuring minimal waiting times for patients. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
Patient Communication: The role involves handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing clear information about clinic services, treatments, and policies in a courteous and professional manner.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain patient records accurately, update databases, and assist in medical or dental documentation processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with UAE labor and healthcare regulations.
Administrative Support: Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office organization. Assist staff with reports and ensure smooth office operations.
Billing and Payment Assistance: Assist patients with billing inquiries, process payments, and provide guidance on insurance claims or procedures as per clinic policies. Accuracy and professionalism are essential.
