Job Description
Front Desk Operations – The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm, professional welcome that reflects the high standards of Happiness Lounge.
Customer Service Excellence – This role requires maintaining excellent service standards by responding promptly and efficiently to client requests, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring that all customer interactions leave a positive and lasting impression.
Administrative Support – The selected candidate will assist the administrative and operations teams with document handling, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth day-to-day activities across departments.
Communication and Coordination – As the central point of contact, the Receptionist must effectively communicate between clients, management, and staff members, ensuring timely information flow and coordination within the organization.
Presentation and Professionalism – The role demands a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company’s brand image while creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Multitasking and Time Management – The Receptionist will handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously, including managing front desk schedules, handling phone calls, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and welcoming at all times.
