Job Description

Front Desk Management: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. You will handle incoming calls, manage the visitor log, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone entering the office.

Customer and Guest Interaction: You will greet clients and guests, assist them with inquiries, and guide them to their respective appointments. Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times will be an essential part of your role.

Communication Handling: You will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, handle email correspondence, and ensure timely communication between departments. Your ability to convey messages accurately will help maintain operational efficiency across the office.

Scheduling and Coordination: As part of your duties, you will assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments for senior management. Your organizational skills will ensure that meetings run smoothly and on time.

Office Presentation and Cleanliness: You will oversee the front-desk area to ensure it remains neat, organized, and presentable. This includes managing office supplies and coordinating with facility staff to ensure the reception area reflects the company’s high standards.

Administrative Assistance: You will support the administrative department by assisting with document filing, data entry, and record keeping. You may also help in preparing reports or supporting general office functions when required.
