Position Overview: The Receptionist (Female) will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company’s professionalism and commitment to excellence. She will manage front desk operations and ensure the smooth flow of communication within the organization.
Client Interaction: The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, courteous, and capable of handling client queries with confidence and warmth. She will greet clients, manage appointments, and provide them with the necessary information about the company’s services.
Administrative Support: The receptionist will assist internal departments by managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. She will also ensure that documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
Office Coordination: The role involves managing the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and coordinating with maintenance or facility teams to maintain a professional environment.
Communication Management: The candidate will handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring they are directed to the right departments promptly. She will also manage meeting schedules and assist in arranging internal and external meetings.
Technology & Efficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and email management is essential. The receptionist will use basic digital tools to maintain logs, update data, and support HR or management with simple reporting tasks.
