Job Overview: We are hiring a Receptionist with healthcare experience to serve as the first point of contact for patients at our Sharjah and Ajman branches. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: The Receptionist will manage patient appointments, handle phone calls, maintain records, and provide assistance with registration and billing processes.
Customer Service: As the first face of our clinic, you will be responsible for ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and guided throughout their healthcare journey.
Administrative Support: You will assist the operations team by maintaining organized files, managing schedules, and supporting HR with basic administrative tasks.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to handle patient inquiries, coordinate with doctors, and maintain smooth office flow.
Healthcare Knowledge: Since this role requires healthcare experience, familiarity with medical terminology, patient confidentiality, and healthcare protocols is highly desirable.
