Job Description

Receptionist – Role Overview: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Core Realty. This role requires professionalism, warmth, and efficiency in handling front desk operations. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Front Desk Responsibilities: The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, emails, and messages while ensuring smooth communication across departments. Greeting and assisting visitors will be an important part of daily duties.

Client Interaction: The Receptionist will provide information about Core Realty services, direct clients to the right department, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office reception area.

Administrative Support: In addition to front desk duties, the Receptionist will assist with office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Office Coordination: The candidate will support the team by coordinating courier services, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring overall reception management.

Professional Image: As the company’s first impression, the Receptionist must uphold a professional demeanor, excellent grooming, and strong communication skills.
