Job Description

Front Desk Management: As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Receptionist will manage the front desk with professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, and ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently. The role demands a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Administrative Support: Beyond managing the reception area, the role involves assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting different departments as needed. The Receptionist will serve as a bridge between employees and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Client & Visitor Relations: The Receptionist plays a crucial role in representing the company’s image. She will manage visitor logs, issue passes, and guide clients or vendors to the appropriate departments. Building strong relationships and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere are essential parts of the role.

Communication Coordination: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence is a key responsibility. The Receptionist must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently while ensuring messages are passed on promptly to the right personnel.

Office Operations Assistance: The Receptionist will also be involved in coordinating courier services, handling basic document preparation, and assisting HR and Admin teams when required. Flexibility and organizational skills will be crucial to managing these responsibilities effectively.

Industry-Specific Requirements: Since this role is based in the Oil & Gas industry, the candidate must be adaptable to the fast-paced environment and understand the importance of confidentiality and precision in communications. Prior UAE experience is mandatory to ensure the candidate is familiar with local professional practices.
