Hogar Properties is looking for an experienced and proactive Real Estate Telecaller to join its growing team on a fully remote, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated telecalling professional with a background in real estate to contribute to an ambitious, client-focused organisation expanding across key international markets.
In this role, you will contact and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, qualifying leads based on customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives. You will conduct thorough follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects, schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate lead records and CRM data. Building strong client relationships through professional and consultative communication will be central to your approach, and your ability to understand genuine buying opportunities and nurture prospects through the pipeline will directly support the team's conversion targets.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in real estate telecalling, lead generation, and customer qualification, with excellent spoken and written English communication skills. You have a strong ability to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify genuine buying opportunities, along with demonstrated experience handling real estate enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. Good knowledge of customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion techniques is essential. You are self-motivated, target-oriented, and fully capable of working independently in a remote environment without close supervision.
