Job Overview: We are currently hiring a Real Estate Admin for one of our esteemed clients in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a real estate environment. This role is essential to ensure smooth office operations and efficient support to the sales and leasing teams.

Daily Administrative Duties: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, handling documentation, data entry, and client record management. You will be the backbone of the team, ensuring processes are timely and accurate.

Listing & Document Management: You will assist with managing online property listings, drafting tenancy agreements, maintaining property files, and ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines. Strong document handling skills and attention to accuracy are crucial in this role.

Coordination with Agents: Working closely with the sales and leasing team, you will help schedule appointments, handle client follow-ups, and coordinate site visits. Being responsive and organized will help agents close deals faster and improve customer satisfaction.

Communication & Client Support: The role involves regular interaction with clients via phone and email. You should have a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Real Estate Software & Tools: Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word) is essential. You will also support the marketing team by coordinating the collection of required listing materials and uploading them onto portals.
