Role Overview: Our client in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise across Landscape, Fitout, and Construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all costs related to these projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.

Cost Management: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for landscape, fitout, and construction projects.

Quantity Take-off: Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Tender Documentation: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities.

Contract Administration: Administer contracts and manage variations.

Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and prepare cost reports.

Final Accounts: Prepare and negotiate final accounts with contractors.
