This is a role for someone with one to two years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor. You will prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for landscaping projects. You will analyse project specifications and drawings, track project costs, and assist in preparing variation orders and progress claims. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure that costs are accurately recorded and managed throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a good understanding of estimation and cost calculations, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has one to two years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with knowledge of quantity estimation and cost calculations. You have good analytical and organisational skills, and you are comfortable working with numbers and project documentation. Experience in landscaping or a related construction sector will be an advantage. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting the wider project team.
