Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QS Engineer to join our construction team at REEF Luxury Developments. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning and control throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.

Cost Estimation and Planning: You will prepare accurate cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budget forecasts. Your role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive pricing for projects.

Project Budgeting: Your responsibility includes developing project budgets and tracking expenditure to ensure alignment with financial plans. You’ll work closely with the finance team and project managers to monitor budget performance.

Contract Management: You will assist in preparing tender documents and contract packages. During project execution, you’ll monitor contract compliance and assist with variation analysis and claims preparation.

Site Coordination: Regular visits to the site will help you verify the quantity and quality of materials used and ensure cost compliance. You'll support the project management team in aligning commercial and construction objectives.

Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts. Your reports will support strategic decision-making and ensure transparency across departments.
