We are currently hiring a skilled Purchase Order (PO) Agent to join a dynamic procurement team within the energy sector in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in procurement operations and source-to-pay (P2P) processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate procurement activities, resolve discrepancies, and maintain seamless workflow within ERP systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, preferably within the energy or industrial sector

Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
