Job Description

Overview of Role: PSI is seeking motivated professionals for multiple positions in Abu Dhabi, including Property Consultants, HR Coordinators, and Sales Operations Coordinators. Each role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment. Candidates should be prepared to contribute effectively to their teams and support company growth initiatives.

Property Consultants Responsibilities: Property Consultants will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, provide market insights, and assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. They will develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities in the market, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator (Arabic speaker) will support recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative HR functions. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, supporting HR policies, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.

Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: The Sales Operations Coordinator (Arabic speaker) will assist the sales team in managing client databases, coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and supporting operational efficiency. The role involves liaising with internal teams, monitoring sales pipelines, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Team Collaboration: All roles require working closely with internal teams to achieve operational objectives, maintain professional standards, and foster a collaborative work environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth coordination across departments and projects.

Customer and Client Engagement: Each position focuses on delivering high-quality service to clients or employees. Candidates are expected to handle inquiries professionally, provide timely responses, and ensure satisfaction, whether dealing with clients, candidates, or internal stakeholders.
