Job Overview: The Property Consultant at Hogar Properties will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Client Engagement: You will actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and investment goals. Your role will involve conducting property viewings, answering queries, and providing detailed information to help clients make informed decisions.

Sales & Negotiation: The position requires exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients and the company. You will prepare offers, finalize contracts, and ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Market Knowledge: Staying updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, and competition is essential. You will use this information to advise clients on the best opportunities and to position properties effectively in the market.

Marketing Activities: You will collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive listings, online promotions, and property campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Performance & Targets: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets will be a key measure of success. This will involve consistent follow-ups, lead management, and proactive prospecting in high-demand areas.
