Steam, heat, water, and pressure. A sauna or hammam is a space where construction meets wellness, and where the smallest detail, a poorly sealed joint, an incorrectly placed drain, a miscalculated ventilation path, can turn a luxury experience into a maintenance nightmare. This is not a role for someone who supervises from a distance. It is for someone who knows wet-area construction inside out and is not afraid to get on site and make sure it is done right.

Vgetter is hiring a Project Supervisor to manage on-site execution of sauna, steam room, hammam, and wet-area installation projects across the UAE. You will take projects from mobilization through to client handover, coordinating installation teams and subcontractors across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing, tiling, and cladding disciplines. You will schedule material and equipment deliveries, review technical drawings and manufacturer specifications, and ensure that every installation complies with UAE Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, and manufacturer standards. You will conduct quality checks, prepare snag lists, and follow up on snag closure. You will track timelines, report progress and risks, and act as the on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. You will also maintain daily site reports, material usage logs, and work completion records, enforce health and safety protocols, and coordinate tools, spare parts, and equipment logistics across multiple sites. When required, you will support after-sales service visits.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or has equivalent hands-on site experience. You bring three to five or more years of site supervision experience in fit-out, MEP, wellness, spa, or construction projects. Experience with sauna, steam room, hammam, or wet-area installations is strongly preferred. You can read technical and shop drawings, and you understand electrical, plumbing, and waterproofing systems for wet areas. Knowledge of UAE Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality approval processes is essential. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, as you will be travelling to project sites across the UAE. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam will be an advantage. Familiarity with MS Office and site-reporting tools is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, with travel to project sites across the UAE. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 8,000 per month, based on experience. You will report directly to the Project Manager.
