Job Overview: Aqar Landscape is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Landscape (Execution) to lead the end-to-end execution of high-end landscaping projects. This position requires deep expertise in site operations, project management, and leadership across residential, commercial, and public sector landscaping projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily site activities, manage project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, and ensure that all work is completed within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Technical Execution: You will be expected to interpret complex design drawings, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and supervise execution of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation elements. Your expertise will help mitigate construction risks and maintain progress.

Team & Vendor Coordination: You will manage site teams, supervise engineers and foremen, and liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources and smooth workflows.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring transparent communication and reporting at every stage of the project.

Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with Dubai’s construction safety regulations, municipal guidelines, and environmental standards.
