Some projects are managed from a distance. Others demand a leader who is on site, in the details, and accountable for every phase from first mobilisation to final handover. Unitek General Contracting LLC is looking for the second kind of Project Manager. Founded in 2014 and an ADNOC-approved and Civil Defense-approved contractor, Unitek has built its reputation on delivering large-scale turnkey construction projects across commercial infrastructure, civil works, residential developments, and industrial projects in Abu Dhabi . This is a role for a construction professional who understands that reputation is built one project at a time.

You will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery . You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards . You will resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders . Leading site coordination and maintaining efficient project operations will be central to your success.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of eight years of relevant UAE experience, with strong experience in commercial construction projects highly preferred . Experience in fit-out or facility management projects will also be considered. You have a proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion, with strong knowledge of project execution, site coordination, timelines, and budgets . A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .

Salary:
Up to AED 15,000 per month
