Job Description

Role Overview – OHDC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead project execution from initiation to completion. This strategic role requires overseeing all project aspects including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery of construction and engineering projects.

Project Leadership – You will lead cross-functional teams, define project scope, set objectives, and establish clear deliverables. Managing overall project strategy, making key decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Budget and Financial Management – Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and conducting cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Conducting regular meetings, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project.

Risk Management – Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans. Conducting risk assessments, monitoring risk factors, and taking proactive measures to minimize impact on project success.

Quality Assurance – Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements. Implementing quality management processes, conducting reviews, and addressing any quality issues promptly to maintain excellence.

Schedule and Resource Management – Overseeing project schedules, coordinating with planning engineers and construction managers to ensure timely completion. Managing resource allocation, resolving conflicts, and optimizing team performance for maximum efficiency.

Contract Administration – Managing contracts, change orders, and claims effectively. Ensuring compliance with contractual terms, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
