The ideal Project Manager will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction or facilities management projects within the GCC region. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with recognized project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. Strong experience with project management software, building management systems, and proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders are essential. The role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong financial acumen, and outstanding communication skills in English, with Arabic being a distinct advantage.

Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale facilities management projects, developing and implementing project strategies, overseeing project budgets ranging from AED 10M to AED 50M, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations. You'll be responsible for client relationship management, resource allocation, risk management, and delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
