SSA Ltd, a British construction recruitment firm operating in Dubai, is looking for a Project Engineer with experience in residential villa projects. This is a role for someone who understands that high-end fit-out work demands more than technical knowledge. It demands precision, coordination, and the ability to keep a project moving without ever compromising on quality.

This is a role for someone with five or more years of experience in residential villa projects. You will oversee project delivery from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project team to ensure that fit-out works are executed to the highest standards. You will review drawings, manage site activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues as they arise. You will ensure that quality, safety, and programme targets are met, and that every detail, from joinery to finishes, reflects the level of craftsmanship that luxury villa clients expect. A clean driving licence is mandatory, as you will be travelling to sites across Dubai.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in residential villa fit-out projects, with strong site supervision and coordination skills. You are comfortable managing multiple trades, working with high-end clients and consultants, and solving problems on site without losing sight of the bigger picture. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work that meets the standard the project demands.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is up to AED 15,000 per month.
