Role Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing the daily production activities, ensuring the team meets output targets, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You'll be coordinating tasks, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring efficient labor usage and machine operations across the production line.

Daily Tasks: Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring the workflow, supervising production staff, conducting product quality checks, and maintaining accurate production records. You’ll also ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and lead efforts to improve production efficiency.

Required Profile: We are looking for someone with a strong supervisory background in the glass or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling pressure, multitasking, and resolving on-the-ground production challenges quickly and effectively.

Ideal Candidate: The candidate must have the ability to read technical drawings, provide hands-on guidance to workers, and maintain a commitment to quality and safety. Good decision-making and communication skills are essential to ensure clear direction and effective performance tracking.
