Flour milling is one of those industries that never stops. Bread on every table, pasta in every kitchen, pastries in every bakery. Behind all of it is a production line that must run accurately, consistently, and without interruption. Alain Mills, one of the UAE's leading flour milling companies with a combined daily production capacity of 1,200 tonnes across Ajman, Sharjah, and Fujairah, is looking for a Production Supervisor who understands what it takes to keep that line running at its best.

This is a role for someone with hands-on experience in a wheat flour mill. You know the machinery, you understand the milling process, and you have supervised a production team before. You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that output meets quality and quantity targets while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly. You will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure that production schedules are met without compromising on quality. This is not a desk job. It is for someone who is comfortable on the production floor, leading by example, and solving problems in real time.

The ideal candidate has previous hands-on experience working in a wheat flour mill, with strong knowledge of milling machinery and production processes. UAE experience is preferred, but relevant wheat flour milling experience from your home country is also accepted. You are a hands-on leader with strong team management skills and a commitment to safety and quality. You are comfortable working shifts and can adapt to the demands of a continuous production environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. The salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
