ALA Group is looking for a passionate and talented Procurement Officer to join their growing team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who is ready to take ownership of purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the operational success of a dynamic and ambitious organization.

In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and purchase order processing. You will work closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements, identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure the timely and cost effective procurement of goods and services that meet the quality and operational standards of the organization. Your ability to manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in procurement or purchasing with strong vendor management and negotiation skills. A solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain principles, and market dynamics is essential for this role. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment are key qualities we are looking for.
