Job Description
Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in landscaping projects and GCC industry practices. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services related to landscaping construction. Oversee the purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to delivery and evaluation.
Vendor Management: Develop relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term partnerships that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors. Secure the best commercial deals while maintaining project quality standards and timeframes.
Budget & Cost Control: Work closely with the finance and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with the project budget. Monitor spending and introduce cost-saving measures where applicable.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations. Maintain comprehensive records for all purchases, agreements, and performance evaluations.
