Al JIC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement In-Charge to join our team. This is a senior level opportunity for a procurement professional with a strong background in the catering industry who is ready to take ownership of procurement operations and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and materials required for catering operations. You will lead procurement processes from planning through to delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and bring a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably within the catering or industrial catering sector. Experience in industrial catering will be considered a strong advantage and is highly preferred for this position.

Strong leadership, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. You should be confident managing a team, working with multiple vendors, and making sound procurement decisions under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and relevant office tools is required. Good communication skills in both English and Hindi are necessary to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
