Role Overview – British Orchard Nursery is excited to welcome enthusiastic and passionate Person educators and across Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches. We have multiple openings for Principals, positions for professionals passionate about early years education.

Nursery Leadership and Management – You will lead and manage nursery operations including setting strategic direction, overseeing educational programs, managing staff teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality standards, managing budgets and resources, building community relationships, and providing visionary leadership that advances the nursery's mission in early years education.

Educational Program Oversight – You will oversee curriculum implementation, ensure adherence to British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, monitor teaching quality, support educational innovation, assess learning outcomes, coordinate assessments and reporting, ensure safeguarding practices, and maintain educational excellence across all age groups.

Staff Leadership and Development – You will lead teaching and administrative staff, conduct performance management, provide professional development, recruit and retain quality educators, build collaborative teams, foster positive work culture, and develop staff capabilities that support high-quality early years education.

Parent and Community Engagement – You will build strong relationships with parents and families, communicate nursery vision and values, coordinate parent engagement activities, address parent concerns, represent nursery in community, and foster partnerships that support children's development and nursery reputation.
