Role Overview – Gulf Education is seeking experienced Principals to join our MOE (Ministry of Education) schools across the UAE. We are hiring for Principal and Vice Principal positions, ideal for passionate education professionals committed to leadership excellence, academic achievement, and creating positive learning environments that inspire students and support faculty development.

School Leadership and Vision – You will provide strategic leadership and vision for the school, set academic goals and priorities, develop and implement school improvement plans, establish educational standards, foster a culture of excellence, drive innovation in teaching and learning, ensure alignment with MOE curriculum requirements, and lead the school community toward achieving outstanding educational outcomes.

Academic Excellence Management – You will oversee all academic programs and curriculum implementation, monitor teaching quality and student performance, establish assessment frameworks, analyze academic data and trends, identify areas for improvement, implement intervention strategies, ensure curriculum compliance with MOE standards, and maintain high standards of educational delivery across all grade levels.

Staff Leadership and Development – You will lead, mentor, and develop teaching and administrative staff, conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, build teacher capacity, foster collaborative culture, recruit and retain quality educators, address performance issues, and create a supportive environment that enables staff to excel in their roles.

Student Welfare and Development – You will ensure student well-being, safety, and holistic development, promote positive student behavior and discipline, oversee student support services, monitor student progress, celebrate student achievements, address student concerns, implement inclusive education practices, and create a nurturing environment where all students can thrive academically and personally.

Parent and Community Engagement – You will build strong relationships with parents and the community, facilitate effective communication, organize parent meetings and events, address parent concerns, promote school reputation, engage community partners, represent the school professionally, and foster collaborative partnerships that support student success.

Operational and Compliance Management – You will oversee school operations including budgeting, resource management, facilities maintenance, health and safety compliance, MOE regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, quality assurance, and ensure efficient administration that supports educational objectives.

Requirements – Extensive experience in school leadership positions, preferably as Principal. Strong knowledge of MOE curriculum, UAE education system, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record in academic leadership and school improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities. Bachelor's degree in Education required; Master's degree preferred. Teaching qualification essential.
