Role Overview: KAD Construction is currently hiring a skilled Power Electrician with proven experience in construction projects. This role demands technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and strong expertise in handling, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and power tools. The Power Electrician will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that electrical equipment across our sites functions safely and efficiently.

Electrical Equipment Maintenance: The selected candidate will take ownership of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical tools and systems used on construction projects. From heavy-duty power equipment to specialized electrical tools, the electrician will ensure all equipment is serviced regularly and remains in top operational condition.

Troubleshooting and Repairs: A major responsibility will be diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions. This involves identifying electrical malfunctions, conducting safety checks, replacing faulty parts, and restoring equipment functionality without causing project delays. The electrician must possess practical knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring systems, and modern diagnostic tools.

Safety and Compliance: As safety is a top priority in construction projects, the Power Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all repair and maintenance work follows strict health and safety standards. Compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international electrical codes will be mandatory.

Support to Construction Teams: The Power Electrician will collaborate closely with site engineers, technicians, and construction supervisors. By providing timely maintenance and technical support, the electrician will help keep projects on schedule while ensuring seamless operations on site.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting: This role will also include maintaining accurate service records, preparing maintenance reports, and recommending improvements in the use of electrical tools and systems. The electrician will play a key role in minimizing downtime and reducing long-term operational costs.
