Role Overview: REEF Luxury Developments is hiring an experienced Planning Engineer to join our construction division. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and managing project timelines, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure successful project delivery.

Project Scheduling: You will create detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Your ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks will be key to successful execution.

Resource Planning: You will work with various teams to plan resources including manpower, equipment, and materials, aligning them with project timelines and ensuring efficient utilization.

Progress Monitoring: You will track and report project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying variances and delays. You'll also recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Coordination & Reporting: You will collaborate with the site team, contractors, and stakeholders to gather updates and generate progress reports. Your reports will form the basis for project review meetings and decision-making.

Risk Management: You will identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Your input will help the team proactively address issues before they escalate.
