Role Overview: The Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. This role requires a proactive professional with expertise in planning tools, project control, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The Planning Engineer will provide strategic insights and updates to management to support decision-making and mitigate project risks effectively.

Project Scheduling: This paragraph highlights the responsibility of developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. The Planning Engineer will break down project activities, define milestones, allocate resources, and ensure schedules align with project objectives. Accurate planning ensures smooth workflow, avoids bottlenecks, and supports on-time project delivery.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting: The Planning Engineer prepares detailed progress reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to track project status. This includes updating management on schedule adherence, identifying variances, and highlighting potential delays.
