Job Description

Position Overview: The Private Hospital in Al Ain is looking for motivated and passionate Pharmacist Student Trainees to join their healthcare team. This opportunity allows pharmacy students or recent graduates to gain practical exposure in hospital pharmacy operations and patient care.

Training Focus: The trainee will assist senior pharmacists in daily dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling activities. You will gain hands-on experience in both clinical and operational aspects of hospital pharmacy.

Learning Objectives: The internship provides exposure to prescription handling, medication safety, and healthcare communication practices while learning to follow UAE healthcare standards.

Supportive Environment: Trainees will work under the supervision of licensed pharmacists and healthcare professionals who will guide and mentor them throughout the training period.

Duties and Responsibilities: Support in medication labeling, assisting patients under supervision, maintaining stock records, and helping with data entry in the pharmacy system.

Regulatory and Safety Knowledge: Trainees will learn about hospital compliance requirements, safe dispensing practices, and controlled drug regulations in the UAE.

Personal Skills Development: The position helps build professional communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a clinical environment.
