Job Description
Payroll Officer – Role Overview: The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing for a large workforce.
Payroll Processing: Ensuring monthly payroll runs are executed correctly, including salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
Compliance & Accuracy: The officer will ensure payroll complies with UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, and company policies.
Employee Support: Handling payroll queries from employees and providing clarity regarding payslips, leave, and deductions.
Reporting & Analysis: Preparing payroll reports for management and supporting financial planning and audits.
Coordination with HR & Finance: Collaborating with HR for employee data updates and with finance for reconciliation of payroll accounts.
