Role Overview: The Patient Relations Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the new Al Noor Polyclinic branch. This role is critical in ensuring a positive patient experience, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing guidance on clinic services. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused mindset.
Patient Communication and Support: The candidate will manage patient interactions both in-person and over the phone, providing clear information about appointments, procedures, and clinic policies. Ensuring timely responses and empathetic communication is essential for building patient trust and satisfaction.
Coordination with Medical Teams: This role involves liaising with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and ensure that medical services are delivered efficiently. The Patient Relations Officer will schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and relay feedback between patients and healthcare providers.
Complaint Resolution and Feedback Handling: The Officer will proactively identify patient concerns, resolve complaints promptly, and document feedback for continuous service improvement. Effective conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, and professionalism are crucial for maintaining the clinic’s reputation.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records, updating contact information, and logging interactions is a vital responsibility. The candidate must ensure confidentiality, adhere to data protection standards, and support internal reporting processes.
Community Engagement and Outreach: The Patient Relations Officer will assist in promoting clinic services, participating in awareness campaigns, and representing the clinic at community events. This helps enhance the clinic’s image and fosters trust among patients and the broader community.
