Coffee Preparation and Service Excellence: As a Part-Time Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining excellent service standards. You’ll prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages while ensuring each cup meets the customer’s expectations for flavor and presentation.

Customer Experience and Interaction: You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and recommending menu items. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience and promotes brand loyalty.

Operational Efficiency and Cleanliness: You’ll be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, counter, and seating area. Proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards must be followed at all times to ensure a professional and inviting café atmosphere.

Product Knowledge and Upselling: You will develop an understanding of various coffee blends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings. Using your product knowledge, you’ll assist customers with choices and upsell complementary items to maximize sales while delivering satisfaction.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other team members, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day café operations. You’ll communicate effectively with supervisors and staff to maintain consistency in service and handle peak hours efficiently.
