Role Overview

Arabian Horeca is hiring an Outlet Manager in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with proven outlet management expertise, strong leadership and operational skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to drive sales, maintain quality standards, and lead teams effectively in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Outlet Operations Management

Manage all aspects of outlet operations including daily service delivery, staff scheduling, inventory control, quality assurance, and ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet operational targets.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, train, and develop outlet staff by recruiting talented team members, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and mentoring, fostering positive work culture, and building a high-performing team committed to service excellence.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure outstanding customer service by setting service standards, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling customer feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements, and creating memorable dining experiences that drive customer loyalty.

Sales and Revenue Management

Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing promotional strategies, upselling initiatives, menu optimization, pricing strategies, and monitoring sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently.

Quality and Standards Compliance

Maintain high quality and standards by enforcing food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, brand standards, service procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies.

Inventory and Cost Control

Manage inventory and control costs by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, minimizing waste, optimizing food costs, controlling labor expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

Financial Management and Reporting

Handle financial management responsibilities including budgeting, cash handling, daily sales reporting, analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and taking corrective actions to ensure profitability and financial accountability.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, maintain quality standards, negotiate favorable terms, manage supplier relationships, and ensure all procurement supports smooth outlet operations.

Leadership and Team Management

Strong leadership and team management skills enable you to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, build cohesive teams, delegate effectively, and create an environment where employees thrive and deliver excellent service.

Customer Service Orientation

Customer service orientation and ability to create exceptional guest experiences, handle complaints diplomatically, anticipate customer needs, and maintain high satisfaction levels that drive repeat business.

Sales and Business Acumen
