Role Overview – Sea and Sky Logistics FZCO is hiring an Operations Specialist (Import & Export) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished logistics professionals with strong import and export operations expertise, freight and customs knowledge, and the ability to manage import/export processes effectively, coordinate shipments, handle customs documentation, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, support logistics operations, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic logistics and freight forwarding organization.

Import and Export Operations Management – You will manage import and export operations by coordinating processes, organizing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth international trade operations. You should manage import/export functions professionally.

Import Operations Coordination – You will coordinate imports by managing procedures, organizing shipments, coordinating activities, and supporting compliance. You will ensure smooth import operations and delivery. You should manage import processes.

Export Operations Coordination – You will coordinate exports by managing procedures, organizing shipments, supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance. You will facilitate export shipments and delivery. You should manage export processes.

Freight Management and Coordination – You will manage freight by coordinating shipments, tracking progress, managing documentation, and supporting delivery. You will facilitate freight operations and timely delivery. You should manage freight coordination.

Shipment Tracking and Monitoring – You will track shipments by monitoring progress, maintaining information, updating records, and providing updates. You will track import and export shipments. You should monitor shipment progress.

Customs Clearance and Procedures – You will manage customs by coordinating clearance, preparing documentation, supporting procedures, and ensuring compliance. You will facilitate customs processing for imports and exports. You should manage customs procedures.

Customs Documentation Preparation – You will prepare customs documentation by organizing information, completing forms, supporting accuracy, and maintaining records. You will prepare customs documentation. You should manage customs paperwork.

Import/Export Declaration Support – You will support declarations by organizing information, preparing documentation, supporting submission, and maintaining records. You will facilitate customs declarations. You should support customs declarations.
