Job Description

Reservation and Booking Management: The Operations & Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel and tour reservations, including hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and itinerary coordination. The ideal candidate must ensure each booking is processed accurately and efficiently, providing customers with a seamless experience from inquiry to confirmation.

Customer Interaction and Support: The role requires daily communication with clients, travel partners, and suppliers to confirm reservations, resolve issues, and provide updates. The executive will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout the reservation process.

Operational Coordination: You will support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between different departments such as sales, ticketing, and accounts. The candidate will also assist in maintaining travel schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and client requirements.

Documentation and Reporting: The position involves maintaining accurate records of all bookings, invoices, and client interactions. You will prepare periodic reports to track booking volumes, cancellations, and operational efficiency. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key to ensuring data accuracy in all documentation.

Travel System Proficiency: The successful candidate should be well-versed in using reservation systems, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in using GDS or similar travel software will be an added advantage, as this will facilitate efficient booking management and tracking.

Team Collaboration and Problem Solving: The Operations & Reservation Executive will work closely with the operations and sales teams to identify areas of improvement, resolve booking discrepancies, and enhance the overall service process. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to teamwork.
