Job Description
Trivium Group is recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce and DTC brand on a fully remote, full-time basis. As one of the Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies and a full-service Amazon and e-commerce growth agency trusted by leading CPG and supplement brands, Trivium Group works at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution to help brands scale profitably. This is not an administrator role. It is an operator role for someone who turns complexity into clarity, builds the systems that make everyone else faster, and treats the business like their own.
In this role, you will own inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reorder cycles across the China to US pipeline, managing supplier and manufacturer relationships and holding them to lead times and quality standards. You will coordinate freight and shipment timelines, navigate customs, duties, and tariffs, manage 3PL relationships and monitor SLAs, and continuously optimise supply chain cost, speed, and reliability. You will build and maintain operational dashboards, KPI trackers, and SOPs in Notion for every role and process in the business, audit workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and use AI tools to automate repetitive work daily. You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the team, run weekly standups and structured one-on-ones, lead monthly and quarterly reviews, manage contractor and team payments accurately and on time, and run the hiring pipeline when roles open. Cost visibility, monthly OPEX summaries with budget versus actuals, and data-driven operational decision support will also form part of your remit.
The ideal candidate brings two or more years of operations or project management experience within e-commerce or DTC, with hands-on supply chain experience across inventory, 3PL, freight, and forecasting as a mandatory requirement. You are an advanced Notion or ClickUp user, use AI tools daily to build systems and automate workflows, and have experience managing remote teams across time zones. Direct experience operating across China and US markets including sourcing, manufacturing, and cross-border logistics, experience scaling a DTC brand into structured operations, and multi-vendor multi-channel supply chain exposure are all strong advantages.
Trivium Group offers a fully remote work environment with compensation based on experience, within a high-performance agency culture built on strong systems, sharp people, and good values.

To apply, share your CV to recruiting@triviumco.com
When submitting your application, ensure your CV clearly highlights your e-commerce or DTC operations experience, your supply chain background including China to US logistics, your Notion or ClickUp proficiency, and your use of AI tools in an operational context. Include specific examples of SOPs, KPI dashboards, or supply chain systems you have built and the outcomes they delivered. Your cover letter should explain why you are drawn to the Operations Manager role and reflect your ownership mindset, systems thinking, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving remote environment. Feel free to forward this opportunity to anyone in your network who may be a strong fit.
