Air Cargo Operations Management: As an Operations Executive at ATTA Shipping & Cargo, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily air cargo operations to ensure efficient and timely handling of shipments. This includes monitoring inbound and outbound movements, optimizing processes, and maintaining service excellence across all airline partnerships.

Coordination with Airlines and Agents: You will serve as the primary point of contact for airline representatives, freight forwarders, and cargo agents. Your role involves scheduling shipments, managing space allocations, and ensuring all operations align with the service requirements of our partner airlines — Ethiopian Airlines and China Airlines Cargo.

Documentation and Compliance: The position requires meticulous handling of documentation, including airway bills (AWB), invoices, manifests, and export/import declarations. You will ensure that all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with international cargo handling standards and airline regulations.

Shipment Tracking and Customer Communication: You will actively track cargo status and provide clients with timely shipment updates. By maintaining clear and professional communication, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the company’s reputation for reliability and transparency in cargo operations.

Service Quality and Performance Monitoring: As part of the operations team, you’ll contribute to maintaining quality standards and process efficiency. This includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying operational bottlenecks, and proposing improvements that align with airline and client expectations.

Team Collaboration and Problem Solving: The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with warehouse staff, customer service, and the documentation team to ensure seamless cargo movement. You’ll resolve operational issues proactively and support smooth coordination across all departments.
