Online Quality Controller Role: The Online Quality Controller will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining the quality standards of food products handled by Gourmet Foods in Ajman Freezone. The role requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every product meets safety, hygiene, and quality compliance before reaching customers.

Food Quality Assurance Duties: This position focuses on performing quality checks during different stages of food handling, packaging, and storage. The controller will ensure that industry standards, company guidelines, and customer expectations are consistently met across all operations.

Inspection & Reporting: The candidate will be tasked with conducting online inspections, preparing daily reports, and documenting any deviations from standard procedures. Promptly reporting findings to supervisors is critical to avoid risks and maintain customer trust.

Compliance & Standards: A major responsibility is ensuring compliance with international food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO guidelines. The Online Quality Controller will assist in maintaining hygiene audits, ensuring labeling accuracy, and monitoring food shelf life.

Team Collaboration: While the role requires independence, the candidate will also collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams. Clear communication with colleagues is essential for resolving issues and implementing corrective measures.

Problem Solving & Improvements: Beyond detection, the Online Quality Controller should contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting changes to processes that enhance efficiency and minimize errors. This includes participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
